THE VA CLINIC ON ST. THOMAS IS NOW OPEN

He also made opening remarks as did Dr. Lopez Martino who is leaving us and we will miss him sorely. Dr.Dixon Matos is replacing him as the director of the center and About Face welcomes him. .

A tour of the facility reveals vast improvements, and substantially more space. We can look forward to working with the entire St. Thomas Community Based Clinic. The clinic is located in the Medical Foundation Building and the number is 774-6674

A FINAL RESTING PLACE FOR VIRGIN iSLANDS VETERANS

A view of the chapel at the Smith Bay Cemetery and to the leftt; that of the neighboring British Virgin Islands. About Face has discovered that plans for help to have that portion of the cemetery designated for veterans declared a national crematory fell through.

Our hope is that the local office of veterans affairs will move to have it designated as a State Cemetery. With a minimum of expenditure we can see this come into effect in short order. About Face is lobbying to see this actuality.
